The Obese Man and Erectile Dysfunction

Obesity causes a decline in testosterone.
Lack of activity causes a decline in testosterone.
Both of the above cause a higher level of insulin resistence, worsening diabetes symptoms.

ED is the most overdiagnosed condition for men. However, if your man is fat, dropping 20lbs can do amazing things to his abilities. Further, healthy diet, proper sleep and exercise will improve the condition.

Virtually all men will do better in bed if they get 30-60minutes of cardio (real cardio) 4-5 times a week.

To increase testosterone and HDL (the good cholesterol), have your man lift weights and increase muscle mass. NO money for a gym or equipment? PUsh ups, dips using a countertop and a pull up bar work wonders.

Oh and if they smoke or use nicotene, if they quit they'll do much better in as little as 3 weeks (as well as raise their good cholesterol a few points).

If they are boozers they need to stop to be able to work better. Two drinks a day is still fine by most people's accounts. Just heavy drinking causes problems with standing at attention.

There is no excuse... get cracking men, or your women should be able to crack the whip on you.

My blog partner Fat Bastard does plenty of dips, onion dip, clam dip, bacon dip and ranch dip and he gets his push-ups from the ice cream man. If work out all you get is sweaty. Fat Bastard is a thinker not a stinker... well he does have that fat manly musk unique to fat men.

Fat Bastard has plenty of testosterone anyone who knows him knows that He, Fat Bastard, I, Proud FA have laid more pipe than Exxon. As anyone who follows the fatosphere knows I was famous for porking fat girls and Fat Bastard can only bone skinny women.

  2. In short, having a healthy lifestyle is still the best way to boost your performance. And aside from that, eating aphrodisiacs also help. Although, you should be careful with how much you eat because they can raise your blood pressure.

  3. The link between obesity and ED is very strong. A study published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine tried to establish the degree to which obesity affects male sexual function. The study took place in Italy and it involved 2435 volunteers.

Of the volunteers, 41.5 percent had normal weight, 42.4 were overweight, 12.1 percent were obese and the remaining four percent were morbidly obese.

Researchers performed a wide range of blood tests and they found out that the severity of the obesity was correlated to a decrease in testosterone production. Obesity is also related to problems like high blood pressure and high level of cholesterol, which have already been identified as factors contributing to ED. compelling bestenhancements here

  4. I believe that the motivation to change should come from within. Far beyond external forces. It should start with a desire first and change. dwelling into slaptheface site

  5. Eating too much or not working out or consuming a whole lot of unhealthy foods like junk food, bakes, etc., can make you overweight.
Being overweight can compromise on your sexual activity. This is because blood does not flow properly to the organs when blood vessels are constricted (due to body fat). cool male exercises review
