My husband was 145 pounds at 2...I weigh 120 pounds. My husband was 145 pounds at 20 years old and 190 pounds at 45. I hated having him on top of me. I felt suffocated. Also, he was so out of shape he panted and sweated horribly during sex. I told him I needed him to get in shape. I said I would help and encourage him, exercise with him if he wanted that. I would help with his diet, be there with him as he tried to cut down on alcohol, junk food, and bad habits. I told him our sex would be so much better if he got himself in shape. I told him it turned me on to think how great his body looked when he was a runner as a younger man. I told him he could look that good again and I wanted to be there to help him. One year later, he had lost 40 pounds, had taken up road running, and was urging me to do more to get in shape. Encouraged by his example, and wanting to be even more attractive and attentive to him, I got into triathlons at 47 years of age.Jennienoreply@blogger.com
